The job itself
55-year-old male in Bridlington is seeking 2 support workers as a job share to support for 15 hours per week. The role hours are flexible.
Gentleman has interests and hobbies of history.
Gentleman’s support needs / medical diagnoses: Motor Neurone Disease.
The duties include toileting, showering, dressing, meal preparation, feeding, walking with electrical or manual wheelchair.
The candidate should be punctual, resourceful, and proactive. Effective communication is essential therefore the candidate must be thoughtful and considerate in their communication and actions. Candidates should be sensitive to and able to positively manage and respond to the needs of the individual. Candidates should be flexible to adapt to changing schedules and patient needs.
Previous experience in caregiving is preferred but not required.
