We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives within a fast-paced commercial real estate agency. The ideal candidate will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, creation of property marketing materials, management of online listings, and coordination of internal and external communications. This role is critical in helping drive brand visibility, support broker activity, and maintain a strong digital presence.


Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Collateral & Campaigns

* Assist in creating marketing brochures, offering memorandums, proposals, and property flyers.
* Support the design and coordination of email campaigns and newsletters using platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
* Coordinate print and digital advertising for properties and agency branding.

Property Listings & Online Presence

* Manage and update listings on platforms such as CoStar, LoopNet, CREXi, and the company website.
* Ensure all listings have current photography, property details, and marketing assets.
* Collaborate with brokers and photographers for new property shoots and tours.

Events & Communications

* Assist with planning and coordinating events, open houses, and client presentations.
* Support internal communications, broker updates, and social media content.
* Draft and proofread press releases, blog posts, and marketing copy.

Analytics & Reporting

* Track marketing performance metrics (e.g., email open rates, listing traffic).
* Compile marketing activity reports for internal review and broker reporting.


Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role (real estate or property industry a plus).
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), and Canva.
* Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp).
* Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
