We’re looking for a skilled and dedicated Plasterer to join our newly formed Awaab’s Law team at Paradigm Housing Group. This is more than just a plastering role, it’s a chance to be part of a vital initiative improving the quality and safety of our homes, ensuring tenants live in environments free from damp and mould.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Carrying out plastering repairs and maintenance to a high standard across our housing stock
* Supporting the Awaab’s Law team in tackling damp and mould issues through effective plastering solutions
* Working independently and as part of a team to deliver timely, safe, and customer focused repairs
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
* Occasionally mentoring apprentices or junior team members
What You’ll Bring
* NVQ or City and Guilds in Plastering or equivalent experience
* Proven experience in maintenance and repair work
* Strong understanding of building regulations and health and safety practices
* A full UK driving licence
* Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service
* Ability to carry out minor additional maintenance tasks alongside plastering

Location and Contract
Location of work: Mobile role with travel across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.
Head Office location: High Wycombe
Store Room location: Chesham
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (42.5 hours per week, 08:00 – 17:30 Mon – Friday)
