Job Title: Behaviour Teaching Assistant

Location: Enfield

Salary: £80 - £100 per day

Start Date: ASAP

Working Hours: 08:15 am to 03:45 pm (Monday to Friday)

About the Role:

As an Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to students with SEMH needs in Enfield. This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and contribute to their academic and personal development.

Behaviour Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

As Behaviour Teaching Assistant in this outstanding school in Enfield, you will:

* Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs, implementing strategies to manage behaviour and promote emotional well-being.
* Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to develop and implement personalized support plans.
* Support students in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities, promoting their independence and confidence.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour, communicating effectively with parents and colleagues.

Behaviour Teaching Assistant Requirements:

* The successful candidate will be able to put the needs of the children at the forefront of what they do, taking into consideration individual special educational needs
* Strong understanding of SEMH, safeguarding, and child protection practices.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
