As an HSEQ Manager you will support several projects to meet the requirements of the Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality Management systems. You will report into the Head of HSEQ for your area, support the site teams and managers through inspections, recognise hazards, seek to minimise risks whilst creating, maintaining and improving health, safety, environmental and quality standards, and champion HSEQ initiatives in the region whilst ensuring legislation is adhered to.
Responsibilities
* Provide support and focus to the site teams on our Be Right First-Time initiatives and monitor our Quality Control as defined by the HSEQ Systems & Audit Manager
* Collaboration and client and supplier support
* Provide client support for the region under your control
* Attend client HSEQ forums as required and provide lessons‑learnt feedback and share best practices
* Form collaborative relationships with client and supplier HSEQ management
* Contribute and support company‑level HSEQ communications and embed them at the regional level
* Produce and communicate HSEQ alerts following incidents and poor‑quality standards to promote learning, prevention and continual improvement
* Support the Head of HSEQ for your area in maintaining HSE performance statistics monthly as requested
Qualifications
* Minimum HND/HNC or equivalent qualification or relevant experience
* 5 years’ experience in HSQE leadership role
