Our client is seeking a motivated and organised Sales Administrator to join a busy exsisting team. This role is crucial for maintaining seamless sales operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients through effective communication and product knowledge.

Duties include
* Efficiently process orders received over the phone and via email.
* Provide product advice to customers, with the ability to upsell or switch sell as needed.
* Liaise with Warehouse and Purchasing staff to track product deliveries.
* Address customer complaints and coordinate with couriers for any issues with deliveries.
* Develop a thorough understanding of product ranges to better serve customer needs.
* Work collaboratively within a small team in a busy office environment, participating in various business processes.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-functional role.
* Positive, can-do attitude and flexibility to adapt to business needs.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Previous experience in a sales or administrative role preferred.
Due to the location own transport will be required or you must live very local
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
Company Bonus scheme possible at 6 monthly intervals
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8.30-5pm
