Role
Role: Creative Strategist
Responsibilities
* Drive performance creative for D2C brands
* Act as the bridge between the client and the agency and coordinate across internal teams to deliver exceptional work
* Ensure the agency meets (and exceeds) client expectations and that the wider team is on track to provide growth on TikTok
* Collaborate across ideation, creative briefing, creator communications through to final delivery
* Manage internal and external communications and drive projects to completion
* Develop creative user-generated content ideas for multiple brands in collaboration with the TikTok marketing team
* Help manage micro-influencer relationships and drive brand partnerships with creators on TikTok
* Lead brand development across client TikTok accounts
* Demonstrate confidence, organization, and knowledge of TikTok and marketing to contribute to the team
Requirements
* In-depth Creative Strategy – Building performance-driven creative strategies for D2C brands on TikTok
* UGC Management – Ensure delivery of UGC TikTok content for each client, act as main point of contact for creative needs, meet KPIs, and maintain creator spreadsheets
* Influencer management – Lead partnerships with brands and creators, find authentic creators, manage relationships, ensure timely UGC delivery, and negotiate terms within budgets
* Creative: Contribute to TikTok creative strategy for multiple brands and communicate ongoing ideas to clients
* Research – Stay updated on upcoming TikTok trends and new content angles
* Analytics – Analyze performance data (CTR, CVR, ROAS, TSR, Hold-Rate) to drive creative optimisation and reporting
Ideal Candidate
* Strong understanding of social media and TikTok from a commercial angle
* 3+ years of agency experience
* Experience working with and communicating with influencers
* 6+ months of hands-on experience with the TikTok platform
* Highly organized with a proactive approach to delivering results
* Ability to conduct in-depth research and strong pattern recognition
* Excellent communication skills
* Understanding of human psychology, sociology and why people buy things
* Passionate, enthusiastic, and personable
* Skilled in client management and communication
* Self-motivated with initiative under pressure
* Leadership and team management experience is a bonus
