Assistant Centre Manager Needed In Kilmarnock,East Ayrshire:
Basic Salary up to £35,000 DOE-£38,200 OTE
Monday – Friday with occasional weekend coverWe are looking for an experienced Assistant Centre Manager to help lead a busy automotive service centre. You’ll support the Centre Manager with day-to-day operations, team leadership, customer service, and ensuring smooth workflow in the workshop. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of management, hands-on involvement, and delivering a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities as an Assistant Centre Manager:
Support the Centre Manager with the daily running of the site
Help manage workloads, staffing, and operational targets
Monitor and maintain stock levels
Ensure Health & Safety standards are met at all times
Lead, motivate, and coach team members to deliver top-quality service
Provide an excellent customer experience, both face-to-face and over the phone
Maintain compliance with company processes and policiesRequirements required for the Assistant Centre Manager Role:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the automotive or fast-fit sector
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Full UK driving licenceWhat’s on Offer:
