Therole
Reporting to the PracticeManager the duties are important and varied andinclude:
* Providing comprehensiveadministrative support to the financialplanners.
* Handle client onboarding data entryand file maintenance.
* Prepare and organisefinancial reports presentations andcorrespondence.
* Assist with client research anddue diligence.
* Manage appointment schedules andcoordinate client meetings.
* Compile andmaintain client documentation including investment statementsaccount summaries and regulatoryfilings.
* Maintain a professional and courteousdemeanour in all interactions with clients andcolleagues.
EssentialSkills
* Provenexperience in an administrative or customer service role preferablygained within financial planning or a relatedindustry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suiteincluding Word Excel and Outlook.
* Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
* Abilityto maintain confidentiality anddiscretion.
* Detailoriented and organised with astrong attention to accuracy.
* Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
