Job Description
* Maintain accurate import records, provide clearance instructions, and manage copy entries, amendments, and freight forwarder charges.
* Conduct audits, manage quarterly filings with HMRC, discharge IPR, and support scrap processes.
* Manage export licences, applications, and end-user controls, as well as produce export documentation and clear export blocks.
* Book shipments, ensure compliance with licence/end-user checks, and manage ATA carnet and freight forwarder charges.
* Deploy and track Global Trade policies and procedures, and support annual audits, self-audits, and regulatory inspections.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Prior import/export experience, preferably in aerospace or defence.
* Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
* Strong record management skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and adapt to change.
