We are looking for an experienced Orthodontist to join our team. As an essential member of our practice, you will closely work with the Practice Principal to oversee and manage a team of Orthodontic Therapists. This role provides an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the growth and success of our orthodontic practice.
Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and guidance to a team of Orthodontic Therapists to ensure high-quality orthodontic care delivery.
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate with the Practice Principal and other team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients, including conventional appliances and Invisalign.
- Patient Care: Ensure exceptional patient care by overseeing treatment progress, addressing patient concerns, and providing expert advice and recommendations.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to uphold clinical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork among team members.
- Administrative Duties: Assist in administrative tasks related to patient management as needed.
Qualifications:
- Orthodontic Expertise: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and Masters Degree in Orthodontics (UK or overseas).
- Clinical Excellence: Demonstrated proficiency in orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
