At Abbott Diabetes Care, we are on an exciting growth trajectory, as we continue to build and expand our business, we are now looking to hire a Brand manager on the consumer side to help increase brand and product awareness and growth opportunities.
As the Brand manager -Growth, you will be responsible for developing and delivering growth plans for FreeStyle Libre, drive customer acquisition across offline and online channels and lead digital content strategy for UK & Ireland using all elements of the marketing mix.
Major Accountabilities
* To deliver the Global marketing strategy to match the position of the brand in UK & Ireland Markets and maximise brand potential.
* Identify key growth and customer acquisition opportunities, create and implement advertising media, own and manage improving websites, sampling, monitoring, and optimise digital assets across all key digital touch points
* Manage and support web shop along with rolling out national consumer centric engagement and support programs.
* Support SBM with paid media strategy and day to day media campaign management. Manage asset development and optimization to improve efficiencies.
* Own search strategy (organic and paid) for all websites to improve search engine ranking and website traffic targeting customer segmentation.
* Budgetary responsibilities for ensuring promotional campaigns are within agreed spending limits and A&P reporting is accurate.
* Assist in preparing marketing plan, financials and plans as required
* Liaising closely and influencing the sales management and sales team to ensure promotional campaigns are developed appropriately and executed effectively.
* Liaising closely with all support functions (including Medical, Regulatory, Legal, OEC, Customer Services, Manufacturing, External Agencies and EMEA Marketing.
Education
* University degree in marketing or equivalent
Background
* Experience in customer acquisition, digital marketing, social and content marketing
* FMCG/consumer health marketing experience preferred including working with Advertising/Creative agencies
* Content management system experience, AEM preferred

* Experience with social media platforms and web analytics
* Knowledge on HTLM building is preferred
* Experience of working with MS Office
* Excellent cross-functional working experience
* Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure
* Knowledge of IT compliance, including data security and privacy legislation
