Join our Executive Compensation Services team as a Client Director. This senior role involves leading a high-performing team, managing a portfolio of employee incentive clients, and shaping business strategy.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee complex executive compensation structures
Act as Director/Alternate Director on client boards
Mentor and guide team members
Ensure compliance and quality standards
Build strong client and intermediary relationships
Support strategy, planning, and performance initiatives
What we’re looking for:
JFSC Category A employee with Table 4 qualification
Experience in share plans and employee incentives
Strong technical knowledge of trust/corporate structures
Proven team management and leadership skillsCore skills required
