Salary: Weekdays £138.60 per day, and weekends £148.10 per day, plus food allowance

What does a Live-In Carer do?
As a live-in carer, you will reside with your client for the duration of your rota. We are seeking someone to provide cover for the primary live-in carer every two months. This placement will require you to stay with the client for a period of two weeks.
Shifts will be 12 hours per day, with a 2-hour break included each day.
Key areas you might be dealing with
* Enteral feeding
* Discreet and sensitive personal care
* Meal planning, preparation, and potentially assisting with feeding
* Medication administration and management
* Light housekeeping
* Assisting with mobility
* Companionship and emotional support
Duties will include
* Communicating effectively with the client and building a strong, lasting relationship
* Working closely with the wider Draycott Head Office support team to ensure the best service for our clients
* Keeping accurate, factual written accounts of your time with the client via our care management app
* An awareness of the client’s emotional and spiritual needs
* Observing and following Draycott Nursing’s Health and Safety policy
