Role Description
You'll be working closely with our Junior and Senior Brokers, supporting them with day-to-day administration tasks that keep client journey moving smoothly. From submitting applications to lenders, to chasing feedback, and updating brokers — you'll be at the heart of the operation. In addition, you'll work directly with the Managing Director to provide operational support, ensuring the office runs efficiently as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
* Submit finance applications to lenders on behalf of brokers.
* Chase feedback and updates from lenders to keep cases moving.
* Maintain and update the brokers' pipelines accurately in our CRM.
* Provide direct operational support to the Managing Director.
* Handle general administrative duties to support the wider office.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in administration or operations support.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* High attention to detail with a methodical approach to work.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
* Proficiency with IT systems and CRM tools (training will be provided).
