About The Role
Location: Raynesway, East Midlands (with UK-wide travel)

What You'll Be Doing
In this pivotal role, you'll lead and uphold our quality, safety and compliance standards across multiple delivery units. Your work will help ensure we meet ISO requirements, maintain strong governance, and continually improve how we operate.
You Will
* Implement and maintain quality procedures aligned to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
* Carry out UK-wide HSWQ site visits, inspections and reports, sharing best practice and ensuring actions are closed out.
* Lead internal and supplier audits, supporting onboarding and driving continuous improvement.
* Develop and monitor Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and ensure timely sharing with stakeholders.
* Oversee external audits and verification activities.
* Drive improvements in Health, Safety, Wellbeing, Environmental and Quality observations, producing quarterly trend analysis and recommendations.
* Maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory inspections.
* Champion digital adoption across platforms such as ISMS, Site Assist and BIM 360.
* Create and review key safety documentation including RAMS and ensure it is kept updated in the BMS.
* Identify non-conformances, lead corrective actions and support investigations.
* Prepare monthly compliance reporting and insights for management reviews.
* Contribute to the development and periodic review of our business quality strategy.
Who We're Looking For
* Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 and compliant quality systems.
* Experience conducting internal and supplier audits.
* Previous involvement in Health, Safety & Wellbeing compliance activities.
* Ability to analyse data, identify trends and produce clear recommendations.
* Experience creating or reviewing RAMS, safety documentation or technical assurance records.
* Confidence engaging with stakeholders across all levels and functions.
* Competence with digital assurance platforms (e.g. ISMS, BIM 360, Site Assist).
* Ability to manage non-conformances and corrective actions.
* Experience supporting or leading external audits/accreditation processes.
