Personal Assistant to Managing Director Horsforth Monday - Friday | 9am-5pm Salary: £40,000 Full-time, permanent The Role We're recruiting an experienced Personal Assistant to support a Managing Director within a fast-paced head office environment. This is a high-trust, senior support role requiring exceptional organisation, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs. You'll act as a key point of contact, ensuring the MD's time, communications, and priorities are managed effectively. Key Responsibilities Full diary and calendar management, including meetings, appointments, and travel Inbox management and handling key communications Acting as a main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting packs Attending meetings, taking minutes, and tracking actions Managing confidential and sensitive information with professionalism Coordinating board reporting and weekly/monthly reports Supporting special projects and business initiatives Organising events including team building, awards, charity and board meetings Assisting with urgent maintenance issues not covered by facilities teams Expense management, invoices, and basic budgeting tasks General head office administration and monthly ordering Skills & Qualities Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator at senior level Able to prioritise and manage a busy workload Proactive, driven, and self-motivated Discreet, professional, and trustworthy Strong interpersonal skills Experience Required 3-5 years' experience in a PA or senior administrative role Proven diary and travel management experience Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook skills Strong typing accuracy and reporting experience Full UK driving licence CLD Recruitment (Leeds) Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
