Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Parts Advisor for a full-time on-site position located in Honiton. As a Parts Advisor, you will assist customers with their automotive parts inquiries, process orders, manage inventory, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include effective communication with both customers and internal teams, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the seamless operation of the dealership parts department.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure high-quality interactions and a positive customer experience.
Strong Dealer Management and Inventory Control skills to coordinate and maintain stock levels effectively.
Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with customers and internal teams effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
Previous experience in the automotive industry is advantageous.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with inventory management systems.
