Our Ilkeston based client are looking for an experienced customer service professional to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

The Role:
1. Coordinate with internal teams to manage delivery schedules and updates
2. Answer customer enquiries via the phone and email
3. Communicate with customers regarding order status, service updates, and delivery times
4. Support key accounts by ensuring consistent service and timely follow-ups
5. Participate in regular team meetings to report on service performance
6. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and system updates
The Candidate:
7. Strong communication and customer service skills
8. Office based customer service experience (desireable)
9. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments
10. Strong IT skills
