Join Our Team as a Support Worker
Location: Denecroft, Guildford
Salary: £12.30 per hour (£23,985 per year) plus benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, shifts vary between 7:30 am and 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday (on a shift rota basis)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Driving Requirement: A valid full UK manual driving license is essential

* Mental Health
* Autism and Learning Disabilities
* Sight Loss
About You
You will be looking for a full-time role and happy to work on a rota basis, covering a combination of mornings, evenings, and weekends. You must be male and have a UK driver’s license to be considered for this role.

What will you be doing?
As a Support Worker, you'll be a vital part of someone's journey towards living their best life. Your responsibilities include:
* Daily Care & Support: Assisting with personal care, meal prep, medication, and daily tasks
* Building Relationships: Getting to know the individuals you support, understanding their needs, and helping them live independently
* Empowering Independence: Supporting personal goals and encouraging exploration and creativity
* Social Engagement: Facilitating participation in holidays, social events, and hobbies
* Respect & Dignity: Ensuring individuals and their families are treated with respect and equality

Denecroft provides support for young adults with disabilities, including sight loss. We offer personalized support across the Guildford area, aiming to excel as a specialist provider of quality care. Our experienced team of Support Workers, Deputies, and Managers will support your professional development.
