A pioneering developer of integrated electric motor and power electronics modules is seeking a Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer to support the design, development, and delivery of next-generation electric propulsion systems. The Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer will: Assist in the design and development of electric propulsion components using 3D CAD software. Support the creation of mechanical assemblies, technical drawings, and part specifications. Contribute to concept development, mechanical packaging, and design reviews. Collaborate closely with electrical, thermal, and manufacturing teams to develop integrated systems. Participate in prototyping, testing, and validation activities throughout the product lifecycle. Maintain engineering documentation, BOMs, and support component selection. Follow internal design and documentation standards aligned with ISO9001 processes. The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Academic or internship experience in CAD design, mechanical systems, or product development. Familiarity with 3D CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Siemens NX, or CATIA. A strong grasp of core mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing methods. An interest in electric vehicles, propulsion systems, and clean energy technologies. Exposure to FEA, CFD, or mechanical simulation tools (desirable). Good communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
