An established and successful family run Italian Restaurant is recruiting for a Chef with a minimum of 3 years experience in Italian cuisine. The restaurant offers authentic Italian Cuisine cooked to a high standard and has an excellent reputation locally. In this role, you will be assisting a small number of chefs to deliver freshly prepared and cooked dishes with an emphasis on pizzas, pasta, fish, and meats along with chefs specials. The restaurant is open for dinner service Tuesdays to Saturdays. You will work 30 hours a week across five days from Tuesdays to Saturdays, of which Tuesday is a prep day.
Requirements:
A Chef who has a stable background, is enthusiastic, courteous, pays excellent attention to details, and is flexible with a can-do attitude. It is also essential that you have proven experience working in a fast-paced Italian kitchen for at least 3 years and can demonstrate that you have strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
