Become a Lifeguard
Ramsbottom Pool and Fitness Centre is looking for dedicated and vigilant lifeguards to join our team. If you're passionate about safety, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise pool areas and ensure safety of all users
* Respond to emergencies and administer first aid/CPR
* Enforce pool rules and maintain a safe environment
* Provide excellent customer service
* Conduct routine checks and maintain cleanliness
Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong swimming ability and physical fitness
* Vigilance and quick decision-making
* Calm under pressure and confident in emergencies
* Excellent communication and teamwork
* Valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
