Workshop Controller Vacancy - Leicestershire Main Dealer
1. Basic Salary: £32,000 + Bonus
2. OTE: £45,000
3. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm
4. 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am - 1:00pm

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workshop Controller to join a long-established, family-run dealership on a large, well-equipped site.
This role offers stability, a supportive Aftersales environment, and the chance to lead a high-performing workshop team.
Key Responsibilities:
6. Manage workshop resources to achieve financial and operational goals while maintaining exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
7. Ensure clear, effective communication between the workshop and Front of House teams.
8. Lead, coach and develop the workshop team to enhance performance and output.
9. Handle customer complaints and oversee workshop returns professionally.
10. Supervise workflow to maximise productivity, efficiency and utilisation.
11. Maintain a safe, clean and compliant working environment in line with Health & Safety standards.
12. Promote a culture of high performance and exemplary customer service.
Requirements:
13. Previous experience within a main-dealer workshop is essential.
14. Strong technical knowledge to support and guide a team of technicians.
15. Customer-focused with a drive to exceed expectations.
16. NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair is beneficial but not essential.
17. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
18. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
