We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Head of Private Assets
The purpose of this role is to lead and manage Private Asset Operations in Country. Promote relentless focus on service quality across Private Assets Fund Accounting Operational disciplines. Product Range / functions would include Private Assets Operational activity including Real Estate, Debt and Private Equity servicing

Responsible functionally for service provision across the end 2 end process for all clients contracted through the country office. Accountable for continuous process improvement of existing processes and migration of new functions from the Country office.

Manage day to day service provision along with people management, growth, change/transformation, and op model enhancements

Ensuring compliance with HSBC Group policies and procedures, including regulatory requirements. Maintain strong control environment and adhering to all appropriate procedures.
:
Proactively identify problem situations and resolve to give maximum customer satisfaction. Escalation used only where necessary. Appropriate measures are taken to improve and sustain high quality and prevent recurrence.

Processing teams consistently maintain a high level of customer service. Ensure that optimum use of resource is made across the operating model and that an effective cross:training plan is in place to support the functional model.

Motivate and develop team members across including specific attention to individual development plans.

Real Estate, Private Debt/Credit, and/or Private Equity functional experience along with Yardi platform experience: highly preferable
:
Detailed understanding of control points across end:to:end process risk. Knowledge in NAV calculation process with clear understanding of the E2E Fund Accounting Model.

People Management role with exposure to remuneration, performance management, team building and staff development.
:
Management position with exposure to business partners across multiple geographical locations. Excellent Team Management skills with ability to handle personnel issues and strong team bonding.
:
Ability to build excellent rapport and working relationship with other departments and jurisdiction thus ensuring smooth operations.
