Sales Executive – Automotive Retail

2. Salary: £20,000 Basic + £55,000 OTE (Uncapped)
3. Working Hours:
4. Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
5. Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
6. No Sundays + Day Off in the Week

Whether you’re an experienced automotive professional or a high-performing salesperson from another customer-focused industry, this role offers the training, support, and potential to grow within a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
7. Understand customer needs and match them with suitable vehicle solutions from available and incoming stock.
8. Provide accurate quotations, cost breakdowns, and finance options.
9. Promote value-added services such as finance, insurance, service plans, and accessories.
10. Manage part exchanges, negotiate terms, and close deals with professionalism.
11. Deliver outstanding aftersales support and resolve customer queries with a focus on satisfaction.
12. Contribute to wider team operations—everyone supports one another in a collaborative setting.
What We’re Looking For
13. A minimum of 2 years in automotive sales or a solid background in consultative, customer-facing sales.
14. A full UK driving licence.
15. A passion for cars and delivering exceptional customer service.
16. Highly motivated, results-focused, and eager to succeed.
17. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
