Job Title: Service Coordinator (Admin Based)
Salary starting from £24,200
Location: Market Drayton and Whitchurch
We have a fantastic opportunity in the Whitchurch-Market Drayton area for a Service Coordinator.
This is mainly an admin role with just 7.5 hours of care per week.
As a Service Coordinator, you will provide exceptional support to adults with learning disabilities and Autism, helping them develop their skills and independence.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate services and support for clients with learning disabilities and Autism.
2. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
3. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
4. Schedule and manage appointments and care plans.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in a similar role is preferred.
2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
3. Empathy and understanding of the needs of individuals with disabilities.
