Financial Administrator - 12-month contract
* Part-Time - 20-25 hours across 5 days
* Swansea
* £25-26,000 based on full-time hours
This role is to cover a period of maternity leave for at least 12 months. It presents a great opportunity for an organised administrator to join a Swansea-based organisation on a part-time basis. You will need to be highly organised, passionate about customer service, and committed to delivering excellence to clients and customers alike.
This role sits within a finance team; you should have a good understanding of bookkeeping processes, either from studies such as AAT or through experience in a finance role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cash management & Credit Control
2. Daily cash and bank reconciliations
3. Payment allocation and management of client balances
4. Customer accounts administration and maintenance
5. Invoicing
6. Providing support across the wider finance function, including accounts payable
It's important to note that you do not need prior finance experience to be suitable for this role. However, you should be a proven administrator with experience in an office environment and have an understanding of the financial principles behind sales and purchase ledger processing.
