Personal Assistant Job Description Role: Personal Assistant Location: Central London (office-based, 5 days per week) Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm (Flexibility required for out-of-hours support when the Principal is travelling) Salary: Up to £80,000 gross per annum (DOE) Start: ASAP We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to support a highly dynamic UHNW Principal within a fast-paced financial services environment. This is a high-trust, high-performance role requiring a proactive, detail-oriented and discreet individual who can operate seamlessly across both business and personal support. The successful Personal Assistant will act as a true right-hand and gatekeeper, ensuring the Principal’s time, priorities and operations run smoothly across global time zones. Key Responsibilities Manage a complex, ever-changing calendar across multiple time zones Act as gatekeeper, prioritising requests and managing access Anticipate conflicts and proactively resolve scheduling challenges Coordinate closely with a global EA team to ensure seamless coverage Arrange complex international travel (flights, hotels, transfers, visas) Produce detailed itineraries and travel packs Coordinate logistics including drivers, security and meeting arrangements Provide high-level personal support with a no-task-too-small approach Manage personal logistics including appointments, restaurants, errands and household coordination Prepare and format presentations, documents and briefing materials Process expenses and corporate card reconciliations accurately Work collaboratively within a global EA structure Requirements 5–10 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant supporting an UHNW Background within finance, investment, hedge fund, banking or similar preferred Strong experience managing complex global travel and diary coordination Proven ability to operate as a gatekeeper in a fast-paced environment Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills High level of discretion and professionalism Personal Attributes Highly organised with excellent judgement Calm under pressure with a proactive mindset Flexible and responsive, particularly across time zones Strong team player with a collaborative approach Marcilly Recruitment Ltd is a boutique London and Dubai based recruitment agency specialising in business operational and administrative support and private household recruitment in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
