Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Home (LD) – Seghill Provision 3-bed Ofsted-regulated children’s home supporting young people with LD Location Seghill Young People Supported Children and young people aged 6–17 with learning difficulties The Role As Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Registered Manager to deliver a safe, stable, nurturing home where young people can thrive. You’ll help lead the staff team, embed high standards of care and safeguarding, and ensure quality is consistent day-to-day. You’ll also take responsibility for the staff rota (including your own shifts), alongside supporting supervision, practice development, and compliance with regulations and care standards. Base Salary: £37,800 per annum Sleeps: Occasionally, sleeps may be required, only if necessary due to on-shift staff being on Annual Leave (AL) or sick. Sleeps are paid at £52 on top of the base salary. A maximum of 4 to 6 sleeps are allowed.
