It's never been a more exciting time at Stotles. Here's why we're looking for you.

After 4 great years our current Growth leader is leaping into building her own venture (and we're thrilled for her), so we're hiring a strategic and commercially minded VP Growth Marketing to take the reigns and take us through the next phase of scale.

Our VP Growth Marketing will play a critical role in driving new revenue and scaling our go-to-market engine. You'll own the growth domain at Stotles: the full value chain of marketing.

This isn't about incremental change. You'll take our strong foundation and turn it into the next phase of growth. That means strategising and executing, and scaling to the next level.

Reporting to our CEO, you'll partner closely with leadership, Sales and Product, lead a talented team, and constantly test, learn, and iterate. Above all, you'll bring the strategy and clarity to unlock scale and drive Stotles to the next stage of growth.

What You'll Do

Lead our growth strategy (plus build processes) around the following objectives:

* Revenue Growth
: own multi-channel acquisition and expansion strategy to increase top of funnel lead generation, sales pipeline and ultimately, revenue.
* Product Marketing: We think about growth as a core pillar in our corporate strategy, not just generating transactions.
Understand our market, define further personas and users, and figure out how to resonate with them. Stotles has proven ICPs and a successful growth track record - but the work is never done. New products and market expansion means you will work with the CEO and other commercial leads to continuously iterate, improve, and accelerate our growth strategies.
* Campaign Leadership
: Translate the strategy into team execution; enable your team to design and run campaigns end to end from ideation to execution to iteration.
* Channel Mastery
: Help your team manage, test, and scale channels across paid, organic, partnerships, events, and more.
* Commercial Alignment
: create and maintain a tight feedback loop between Product, Growth, Sales, and CS to ensure alignment and enable us to move fast.
* Measurement & Reporting
: track ROI across campaigns, budgets, and channels to optimise where we spend and scale.
* Team Development:
coach and develop the Growth team (across Content and Revenue marketing) to build on capabilities and unlock further potential while executing on your strategy. We're looking to scale the function and team.

Who We're Looking For

Experience

* Growth/Marketing leadership in a B2B SaaS start-up or scale-up / Series A/B+ company
* Bonus: in sales enablement, public sector and/or vertical SaaS
* Experience managing and coaching a small, high performing team
* Strong grasp of Product Marketing (Defining markets, personas, positioning, messaging)
* Proven experience in revenue and content marketing: identifying and scaling new distribution opportunities (including AI-driven channels) while successfully running core growth channels such as PPC, SEO, paid social, content, events, and partnerships. You need to live and breathe ROI.
* Strong project and stakeholder management across Product, Sales, and CS
* Skilled in Hubspot management, optimisation and multi-channel attribution
* You will have support via our Revops team for execution, but you need to understand where you're going

Stage 2


Experience interview:
Approx 45 minutes. Deep dive Q+A interview with one of our founders.

Stage 3 - Task Interview:
Approx minutes. Collaborative problem-solving case studies and scenarios.

Stage 4 - Final interview:
In-person. Approx minutes. A chance to get to know others in the team, make sure we're the right fit for you (and vice versa) and ask any outstanding questions about life at Stotles.

From here we will make a final decision. We aim to offer successful candidates a role within 3 days subject to reference checks.
