Job Title: Training Product Coordinator
Reports to: EMEA Portfolio & New Product Development Manager
Location: Milton Keynes
As a premier training provider for management systems and organizational resilience, BSI is currently recruiting for a Training Product Coordinator who plays an important role in ensuring seamless product life-cycle management and course material distribution across the BSI Training Academy in the UK, Europe and META regions.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, regional teams and external partners, the Product Coordinator will oversee product setup, data management and coordination between Operations, Delivery, Sales, Marketing and Product teams for a smooth launch process in line with regional processes and demands and to agreed SLA.

Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain a centralised process for product launch across the EMEA region ensuring all functions including product, operations, marketing, sales and delivery are considered
* Maintain course materials in line with global branding and latest version control
* Manage timely distribution of training materials in line with KPIs
* Drive process consistency and efficiency across the region
* Handle internal training queries, supporting the sales team with product knowledge and commercially viable packaged solutions via a centralised inbox
* Apply end-to-end product lifecycle knowledge to support timely and effective regional product launches on multiple platforms
To be successful in this role, you have
* Strong project launch, organisation and coordinating skills, with the ability to manage multiple project timelines in both structured and agile environments.
* Confidence as a detail-oriented communicator with a strong focus on internal and external customer service.
* Collaborative stakeholder management approach who builds effective working relationships across teams.
* Proactive and curious mindset, comfortable using MS tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Copilot) and championing continuous improvement.
* Strong command of English verbally and in written form to be able to communicate effectively in a multinational environment. Knowledge of another language is advantageous.
This full-time position will be based at our Milton Keynes office in a hybrid working arrangement of minimum twice per week in office.
