 
        
        We have an exciting opportunity for a Tender Estimator to join us on permanent basis in our offices located in Aberdeen, Prime Four Business Park. As Tender Estimator you will be a member of the Finance Department and will support the Commercial Team.
Duties and responsibilities:
 * Prepare cost estimates in accordance with standard DeepOcean CBS and Client requirements.
 * Develop commercial qualifications in support of tender to minimise risk & maximise opportunities
 * Deliver tender documentation and investment analysis for commercial decision making.
 * Review, evaluate and complete client provided Commercial/Remuneration Exhibits.
 * Produce Cost Plans and Cash Flow Forecasts for applicable tenders.
 * Provide input to CRM system in form of costing and selling price for the ongoing tenders.
 * Organise and run relevant cost review meetings as required during the tender period.
 * Provide and present cost/pricing basis at Tender boards.
 * Support in developing project risks & opportunities at tender stage
 * Provide costing support and monitor cost impacts during bid clarifications and negotiation meetings.
 * Gather experience figures and maintain the Benchmark Database.
 * Conduct handover with project team and follow up/support during project execution to ensure feedback & capture of lessons learnt.
Qualifications:
 * Experience of delivering Tender Estimates on various types (PS, LS, TCE) and size of projects.
 * Advanced MS Excel competence is essential.
 * Degree qualified in Finance or Business Studies is preferable.
 * Subsea experience is beneficial
 * Experience/background from project controls is an advantage.
 * Able to demonstrate financial competence and commercial/contractual knowledge.
