We have an exciting opportunity for a Head Vet Surgeon to lead and manage the team at a small animal veterinary practice in Redruth area Cornwall.
* full time opportunity working with 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota and no Sundays, no OOH.
* practice is spacious and purpose built with excellent facilities and equipment.
* role would suit either a Head Vet looking for change or an experienced / senior Vet looking to step up.
* ideally you will already have a wealth of experience in GP practice, strong surgical and medical skills and be able to lead, mentor and manage a clinical team.
* great opportunity opportunity to develop any specific interests you have and certification encouraged and fully funded.
* CPD funding and paid RCVS and VDS memberships
* sought after stunning Cornwall location surrounded by wonderful scenery and some of the best beaches in the country.
* relocation packages offered including visa sponsorship
Person Requirements
* Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
* Registered with the RCVS
* Head Vet or experienced / senior Vet looking to step up.
* wealth of experience in GP practice
* strong surgical and medical skills
* able to lead, mentor and manage a clinical team.
