Marketing Manager (Student Recruitment Focus) Salary: £45,300–£48,130 per annum Contract: Full‑time, permanent Location: Ofsted‑rated ‘Good’ College in Greater Manchester About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our strategic marketing efforts, focused primarily on student recruitment. You will design and execute creative, multi-channel campaigns—with full budget accountability and robust ROI measurement. You’ll oversee all content production, including prospectuses, videos, social media, and open-day collateral. A key part of the role includes owning marketing activities around open days and enrolment periods, ensuring maximum impact and attendance. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop a cohesive marketing strategy targeting prospective students across digital, offline, and event channels. Campaign Creativity: Ideate, plan, and launch innovative recruitment campaigns that engage and convert. Budget & ROI Management: Hold full budgetary ownership, track campaign performance, and report ROI with actionable insights. Content Oversight: Manage the production of marketing materials—prospectuses, video content, website assets, and social media. Event Management: Lead marketing for open days and enrolment cycles, working closely with internal teams and external partners. Who are we looking for? You will need a degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or equivalent You will have proven success leading marketing teams and delivering multi-channel academic-awareness and recruitment campaigns Able to balance strategic vision with a hands-on approach—able to work from concept through to execution It would also be great, but not essential if you have: Experience in FE or wider education sector CIM or equivalent professional marketing qualification What's On Offer?
