Looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Lincolnshire and Yorkshire division, driving operational excellence and strategic growth.
The Role
As their Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, optimise efficiency, and play a key role in shaping the company’s future. This leadership position requires a balance of strategic vision, hands-on management, and a strong focus on compliance, safety, and financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities

They are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven leadership experience in operations management (preferably in fire safety or construction).
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cash flow, and cost control.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Knowledge of fire-stopping regulations and compliance (preferred).
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
