An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Spa Host to join our Spa Team. The successful applicant will support the needs of our guests and assist with providing a first-class experience in our luxurious facilities, ensuring guests feel welcome and relaxed throughout their stay.
About The Role
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Meet and greet spa guests, ensuring their needs are catered for from arrival to departure.
2. Accurately complete all reception and booking documentation; operate spa computer systems competently.
3. Take reservations and enter bookings on the system.
4. Follow procedures for cashing up and banking.
5. Maintain, develop, and monitor the client database.
6. Answer phones in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner.
7. Ensure check-in and check-out procedures are followed; provide guests with facility orientation.
8. Provide refreshments to guests during their stay.
9. Deliver exceptional customer service.
10. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and uniform.
11. Prepare and deliver non-therapist treatments.
12. Keep all public spaces clean and presentable.
13. Proactively upsell products and treatments, demonstrating product and service knowledge.
14. Maintain adequate supplies of towels, robes, and slippers; ensure used items are emptied regularly.
15. Manage customer feedback appropriately.
16. Process payments for retail products and refreshments.
17. Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
18. Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by management.
