* Register all incoming and outgoing vehicles within the SAP Yard Logistics and SAP EWM systems.
* Prepare and manage all necessary loading paperwork for arriving and departing trucks.
* Coordinate site traffic by assigning trucks to specific loading gates.
* Operate a pallet truck to load empty trailers as required by operational needs.
* Act as the primary point of contact to resolve issues or challenges faced by truck drivers.
* Maintain strict adherence to project deadlines and departmental expectations.
* Uphold high standards of occupational safety, fire protection, and environmental health at the workplace.
* An experienced logistics professional with at least 1 year in a similar role.
* Communicative and professional in both verbal and written interactions.
* Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
* Quality-focused with a meticulous eye for detail and safety standards.
* Proactive in contributing to the growth and development of company activities.
