What you’ll do
* Keep deals moving: suppliers, e‑com, marketing, logistics and research collabs.
* Lead the privacy & tech pieces: SaaS/IT agreements, DPAs, cookies/consents, DPIAs.
* Partner with Digital and IT/Security on practical, privacy-by-design decisions.
* Support brand/IP and consumer law issues across our retail and online channels.
* Help us keep innovating – in a safe way that protects our brand and reputation
* Improve playbooks and workflows so the business flies.
About you
* Qualified solicitor (E&W) with strong commercial contracts experience and genuine interest/experience in privacy & tech.
* Clear writer, calm negotiator, pragmatic on risk, agile.
* Values aligned with our regenerative mission; comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment
* Bonus: retail/e‑com, exposure to international busineess
