Head of Ecommerce
Up to £80,000 plus 15% Bonus
We’re seeking a commercially minded Head of Ecommerce to lead the growth of a D2C website, while also overseeing additional brand sites. You’ll define and deliver the ecommerce strategy, manage integrations, and drive improvements across trading, SEO, PPC, paid social, and CRM. This role is central to the business, working closely with senior leadership and having direct input into targets, investment, and future direction.
You’ll manage an Ecommerce Manager and Ecommerce Executive, who will support the upcoming replatform from Magento to Shopify. Collaboration with internal photography teams will be key as you enhance onsite storytelling and customer experience. With a strong focus on ROI, you’ll drive performance across D2C, trade, and B2B channels—there are no marketplaces involved, making this a pure trading‑focused position.
The role offers £80,000 + up to 15% bonus (salary flexible) and follows a two‑stage process: an initial Teams call followed by an in‑person project task. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing portfolio and lead the charge in scaling online revenue across multiple channels.
