SEN Support Staff Primary Schools (Supply Work) Location: Various Primary Schools Pay: Daily rate (weekly pay) Start: Immediate / Ongoing We are a small, independent supply agency working closely with a number of primary schools, providing high-quality support staff to work with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). We are currently seeking dedicated, adaptable and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. Roles vary across one-to-one support, small group interventions, and work within SEN hubs and specialist provisions. About the Role: Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs in primary school settings Providing 1:1 support, small group work, or classroom-based assistance Working closely with teaching staff and SENCOs to support learning and development Flexible supply work across our partner schools Opportunities for long-term placements and temp-to-perm roles What Were Looking For: Experience working with children (school-based experience desirable but not essential) Knowledge or understanding of SEN (e.g. autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH) Transferable skills from care, youth work, coaching, tutoring or similar roles are welcome A patient, supportive and resilient approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Requirements: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply we can assist with this) Minimum of two professional references covering the last two years Eligibility to work in the UK What We Offer: Competitive daily rates Weekly pay Flexible work to suit your availability Opportunities for long-term and temp-to-perm placements Support through your registration and DBS process If youre passionate about supporting children with additional needs and want flexible, rewarding work in primary education, wed love to hear from you.
