Your Key Responsibilities:
Support, motivate, and develop the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service
Help manage daily retail operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance
Support the Store Manager with sales targets, profitability, and cost control
Play a vital role in recruitment, training, and ongoing development of team members
Maintain high store presentation standards aligned with brand expectations
Adapt to the fast-paced environment of a new store opening and peak trading periods
About You:
Proven experience in retail management or assistant management roles
Strong team leadership skills with a passion for coaching and development
Proactive and hands-on approach to supporting sales and operational excellence
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
