What you’ll be doing:

Grow and manage a thriving temporary recruitment desk within the healthcare sector
*
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across the region
*
Build a robust pipeline of healthcare professionals while ensuring excellent compliance and candidate care
*
Oversee operational tasks such as onboarding, timesheets, and contracts
*
Conduct sales calls and client visits to drive business growth
What we’re looking for:

Proven experience running or growing a temporary desk in a healthcare setting

Strong background in sales and business development
*
A confident self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
