Regent Dental are looking for a dedicated, professional and enthusiastic treatment coordinator role to join our fully private dental practice.
The ideal candidate will have excellent people management skills and will care about providing a first class patient journey.
Role Summary
The Treatment Co-ordinator will play a key role in our practice, bridging the gap between clinical teams and patients. You will be responsible for guiding patients through their treatment journey, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident in their care plan with a wide range of treatments including Invisalign, Composite Bonding, complex restorative and implant cases.
The ideal candidate for this exciting position should be-

* Ability to manage own workload and use initiative
* Have experience of working in a dental practice, ideally as a dental nurse or TCO
Key Responsibilities
* Patient Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for patients, discussing treatment plans, options, and costs.
* Case Presentations: Present treatment plans clearly and concisely, ensuring patients understand the benefits and processes involved.
* Financial Coordination: Discuss financing options, payment plans, and assist where applicable.
* Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with patients to answer questions, address concerns, and ensure treatment plan adherence.
* Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and procedures between patients and the clinical team.
* Administrative Tasks: Update patient records accurately, manage treatment documentation, and ensure compliance with confidentiality protocols.
* Collaboration: Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and other staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.

Licence/Certification:
* IRMER/Radiography certificate (preferred)
* Valid GDC registration (preferred)
