Taylor Stevenson is proud to be working with one of the UK's largest franchised estate agency groups who are looking for a full time, on-site Sales Negotiator to join their team in Doncaster.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Managing property sales and lettings
* Liaising with clients and potential buyers
* Negotiating offers
* Conducting property viewings
* Providing exceptional customer service
* Maintaining accurate records
* Achieving sales targets
* Contributing to marketing activities
Essential Attributes:
* Sales and Estate Agents skills (2 years + experience)
* Strong Communication skills and Customer Service experience
* Experience in Lettings
* Excellent negotiation abilities and sales-oriented mindset
* Proficiency in property management software is a plus
* High level of professionalism and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Benefits:

Working hours – Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 16:30 and 2/4 Saturdays a month – 9:00 – 12:00
Salary - £26,000 - £30,00 (DOE) plus commission
