About the Role:
* Lead and nurture a growing team of talented engineers, empowering them to deliver high-quality, scalable systems behind the company’s flagship digital offerings.
* Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the engineering function.
* Work hand-in-hand with Product and other cross-functional teams to shape and execute on strategic tech initiatives.
* Champion engineering excellence and drive improvements across Agile practices and delivery processes.
