52k per annum + up to 40% bonus
40 hours per week, including some weekends, occasional nights and share of the on-call support line.

Were looking for an experienced supernumerary Clinical Lead to lead the clinical management at Kingfishers, New Milton, our dedicated dementia nursing home with a reputation that is second to none.
Our residents live with moderate to high frailty needs and a diagnosis of dementia. Youll be responsible for ensuring the best clinical care for residents while promoting their continued wellbeing and independence through delivery of our dementia strategy.
Youll be responsible for the clinical governance, undertaking audits supported by Clinical and Quality Managers. Ideally, youll be a Clinical Lead, Nurse Qualified Deputy Manager or Clinical Head of Care, with care home, frailty/dementia experience.
