Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive Autocentre in the Mansfield area.
Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

Duties:
- Allocating work to the Technicians within the Workshop
- Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
- Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
- Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
- Keeping alert with industry updates, and internal procedures.
Requirements:
- Have a previous working experience within a similar role
- Strong Leadership skills
- Sublime customer service skills
- A full and valid UK Driving Licence
- UK Work Authorisation
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
Hours of work for this Workshop Controller role are Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30 and alternative Saturdays: 08:00-13:00.
The Salary being offered is up to £35,000 with OTE £45,000.
