About the Role: This is a full-time position supporting teaching and learning across all key stages within the primary setting. You will be working closely with teachers, delivering lessons when required, and playing a vital role in pupil progress. Your Key Duties Will Include: Stepping in to lead classes during teacher absence or PPA time Supporting individual and group learning activities Helping to plan and deliver engaging lessons Assisting in the monitoring and assessment of pupils' development Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion within the classroom Who We're Looking For: A fully qualified HLTA (certificate required) Previous experience in a UK primary school setting is essential A confident communicator and classroom leader Someone reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to pupil success Why Choose Aspire People?
