Westmorland & Furness Council is on an exciting digital transformation journey - and we’re looking for a motivated Digital Programme Support Officer to help drive meaningful change acrossour organisation and communities.

As part of our Digital Innovation Team, you’ll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and supporting a wide range of digital projects that improve the way we work and deliver services.

We’re looking for a well organised, proactive Programme Support Officer to assist with planning, coordinating, and monitoring our digital projects. You will:

* Support Digital Leads and Project Managers with project delivery
* Organise documentation, meetings, agendas, and actions
* Track progress and prepare status reports
* Coordinate with stakeholders across teams and partners
* Support adherence to project management standards and processes


Who we are looking for…

We’re looking for a well organised and proactive Programme Support Officer who enjoys working at the heart of change and helping projects run smoothly.

You’ll be someone who:

* Has strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time
* Is confident coordinating meetings, actions, documentation and project information
* Can track progress and produce clear, accurate updates for a range of audiencesIs comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders across teams and partners
* Has a practical understanding of project or programme support, or transferable experience from a similar coordination or support role
* Is interested in digital transformation work and motivated by making a positive difference in public services
